My Stories

I love to write and occasionally an idea hits me for a clever, unique book idea. I rarely ever finish the books that I start but I always enjoy the complexities of coming up with new stories. I also feel that coming up with a new story is a creatively outlet when dealing with some of the emotions of life. Below you will find many of the books that I started writing along with a brief description about each one.

Shortly after we entered a pandemic in 2020, we knew it was going to be a long time before things got back to normal. We wanted to get something special for the kids to help pass the time on those long days but the problem was, everyone else had the same idea. So when we ordered the trampoline, it wasn’t going to arrive for a couple of months, so I wrote a book to surprise the kids.

Back when I was in college, a friend of mine introduced me to a TV script writing competition where anybody could send in a script, and if yours was picked, they would turn it into an actual TV show. Here you will find the two episodes I wrote for the competition. A comedy/drama about the life of homeless people.

Flashes of Fists, Spit, and Blood was one of my first writing attempts. I began writing it when Facebook started to become a thing and I released 1 chapter a week. It is about a kid who was picked on, got a bad break, had an abusive father, but ultimately learned to make amends and you see the character grow into an adult. I never finished this book.

I wrote most of this one while attending church with Nana. It’s a humorous take on a young man’s view of love. This is a short story that I finished in college.
